iPhone OS 3.1.3 and 4.0 found in server logs

Thanks to Boy Genius for finding some interesting stuff in server logs - iPhone OS 3.1.3 and 4.0.
It can already be said that iPhone OS 3.1.3 will just be one of those minor updates that fixes bugs and other problems, and this update can be dropped on us at any moment now.
What's more interesting is the 4.0, which, if follows the schedule from this year, will make its debut at an announcement in March (or something around there) and then be in developer beta, then publicly released in June or July. This will coincide with release of 4th gen iPhone hardware, which has also been discovered to be in the works.
